Right atrial isomerism fetal ultrasound
- Stomach on the right and liver on the left side
- Spleen not detected
- aorta & ivc to the right side ,dextrocardia Heart on the right side
- Right atrial isomerism
Situs solitus with Desxtrocardia (assuming stomach is on the true fetal left)
Double inlet left ventricle- Both AV valves draining into single dominant ventricle
Malposed great vessels with aorta anterior
SVC draining into RA
Possible flow reversal in the ductal arch (can’t see clearly)
No obvious Pulmonary stenosis
Both IVC and aorta on the right side of the spine
TAPVR - Aorta shifted to the right and inferior vena cava on the left, in front of the aorta
